Zillow is a platform that allows you to monitor property values as well as property for purchase.
Zillow has an app along with a full functioning website. This is more useful than other platforms cause it seems to have more accurate and up to date information. Zillow has developed a good layout for how they have there maps set up. There map allows you to break down many factors when it comes to looking at properties and areas. Another bonus to this platform is that its multi facetted and can be used for buyers, seller, and investors. I keep coming back to this site because it has helped me with the process of moving multiple times. One things that I feel like they could change is there URL copy as you can see its extremely long.

2) Draft Kings

https://www.draftkings.com

Draft Kings is a gambling website that allows you to specifically bet money on fantasy sports. Fantasy sports are where you choose a team of individual professional players and your team acquires points based on the players performance per game. It is the best site to gamble on weekly fantasy sports because of how easy it is to navigate. It gives thorough instructions on how to pick your team, how much your money entry is and the payout you receive depending on what you place. Another aspect that makes it intriguing is that you can choose to play anybody from a single friend to thousands of random players around the world in every betting pool. One of the reasons it is effective is because unfortunately, it can be very addictive and exciting to people with addicting personalities. It also is effective because it is informative and gives you endless information about how well players in all sports perform. The only thing I would change is how when you are involved in a game or pool, the real time stats aren't always updated frequently and it can be confusing to understand how many points you have or what your place is in the pool.
